The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, offering easy access to Terminal T3 and Cargo Warehouse. Staff at reception are polite and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and generally clean, though some bathrooms could use maintenance.

The location is near the airport. If you want to take no risk because traffic jam, you can book here.

When I booked, I had the impression the hotel would be fantastic, but got disappointed very much. There are far better hotels in Delhi for even less. The hotel is not clean, the personel try to be very friendly, but you feel that it is learned. The breakfast looks on first view great, but if you look closely, many items are unfresh, if you have breakfast after 10am, the items look even unhealthy, as they are not cooled. After arrival I took fish in the evening in the nyc restaurant, got ill for more then 3 days, complained but they told me it couldnt be the food because they are certified, the arrogance! I had a late depart and my, already slow, internet connection was stopped. I asked if they could give me a few hours connection, the lady from hotel services told me they couldnt. She recommended me to book another night! Serious, I travel worldwide plus 150 night per year, this was absolutely bad. I booked because of recommendations at booking, who are normally right. Last but not least the Spa. It needs renovation, was unclean and the sauna had a tp temperature of 68 celsius. Any answer personal you receive from a question you have starts as following: what is your roomnumber sir, even if you ask the current time.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was fantastisch. De beste aspecten waren de schone kamers, het uitgebreide ontbijt, en het vriendelijke personeel. Gelukkig de locatie, vlakbij een metrostation, maakte het gemakkelijk om alles te bereiken. Het parkeren onder het hotel was handig en er was een supermarkt aan de overkant van de weg. Niets dat ik niet leuk vond om eerlijk te zijn.

Airport pick up service is very good. A very good choice of flight transfer, very relax place after long trip.

room comfort and size

reception staff muttering in Hindi and looking me up and down making me feel very uncomfortable... also after having room service became very ill in the night.. i have come back home to the UK to find out i have been comtaminated with Dysentery.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Good food. Masala tea treat at check-in.

The location is very near to the airport so the traffic is very less. Good if you have a morning flight. The room is big enough, clean, well maintain, and very quite. The food is great with many options. During my stay, we need to have early breakfast almost 3AM still they can provide the food. Overall we are very happy to stay in this hotel.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel near the airport in New Delhi. I was impressed by the great value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location just off the airport. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to my needs. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured that my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities in the room, including the separate attached washroom with bath, were clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the included breakfast served was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

Everything went smoothly and there were no major issues to mention.

It is a very luxurious hotel and we were really looked after well with complementary pick up and drop off to the airport.Would stay there again.
